This is by far Matthew West's album. His song "Only Grace" is so powerful. I love listening to this song when it comes on the radio or my ipod. The song "History", the title track, is the song that got me into Matthew West. I love that song. It is such a call for the Church to stand up and make a difference in this world. Highly recommend this album.

This album is nice. Matthew West has a great voice.. One of the favourite song is "History". This song helps us to forget our past and turn to God. This CD has great songs. The lyrics of all the songs are great. You can enjoy the presence of the Lord.

This is good ol' Matthew West and his best. A good album, its got everything you could want in it. Sweet music, nice sound, and great lyrics. Just awesome cool stuff.

I'm not a real big fan of Matthew West, but when this CD came out in 2004, I found I had more respect for him and his music.
His song "Next Thing You Know" is I beleive a very good song. It's the first song I've heard form this CD. So I went and bought the CD and ended up listing to the other songs now I enjoy his music.
History is also a good song. I would recommend this CD.

My mom and I don't always agree on music, but we definitely agree on Matthew West! Especially his song, Next Thing Ya Know. I don't mind talking to my mom in car because she has this playing a lot of times! I love the song History too! It really speaks a lot about my life! :D Keep singing!

The catchy song, "Next Thing You Know", that I heard on the radio made me want to look up this Matthew West guy. I ended up buying this album - I loved the songs. However, I played it so much that I just got tired of it; I stopped listening to it. However, a couple months ago I saw the case sitting on my stereo and recalled hearing Matthew's new single, "Motions", on the radio, and decided to pop it in. I was once again taken by the music...it is really good. "Only Grace" is one of my all time favorite songs. All but one or two of the songs are worth listening to over and over again...and by now, this album should be cheap. Go buy it!

This CD was what really got me started on liking Christian music. From "Only Grace" to "History" to "Next Thing You Know", I was encouraged to further realize all that Christian music had to offer. God truly touched me and He is continuing to impact me through music honoring Him.

History is by far his best album..I love the title track - it's so true and it's lyrics aren't in cliche CCM form- the next thing you know is another good song that is really fun to listen to- only grace is an awesome reminder about how awesome our GOD IS.
