High-energy quintet Jump5 return with the release of their fourth studio album, Accelerate. Covering the Sister Sledge classic "We Are Family" the group is the voice of Radio Disney's Family Pledge Initiative, which encourages families to spend time together while supporting their communities.
The group is making waves on the big screen as well, contributing songs to the soundtracks of The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Stitch: The Movie and Brother Bear, as well as the theme song for Lilo & Stitch: The Series.

Jump5's 3rd Album: Accelerate| Posted January 14, 2013 For Accelerate, Jump5 definitely took off alot more into Christian/Mainstream Crossover Stardom. They had alot of exposure thanks to Disney & Walt Disney Records. And Their Songs being played on Radio Disney. Accelerate stays true to Jump5's roots but You can definitely tell that the members of Jump5 are growing up. The Tone of their voices have changed since their last 3 albums. My Favorites on the Album are: "Do Ya", "Wonderful", "Pressure", "Why Do I Do" & "All Because of You." And for fans of Disney and some old classics, Jump5 Re-Recorded their versions of "We Are Family" & "Walking on Sunshine," while also Recording one of the most famous Disney songs of All Time, "Shining Star."

I liked this album. It has a good, energetic beat. The lyrics are good. They are good for kids. This cd will make you want to dance and get up and do something.

not my style, like i have said before, but for youth with a dream, they are doing pretty good. keep it up. i'm sure that many young kids look up to you !!!!!!!!! don't disappoint them

This is my favorite Jump5 CD, mostly because it was the first one I ever got! I used to rock out to the songs on here ALL the time! I love it!

Accelerate is a CD that was released in 2003. I can do the dances to their songs "Do Ya", "We Are Family", and "Shining Star". I love this CD! And "Do Ya" is probably my favorite song also, and my favorite to do the dance for.
