Cory Ard spent his early life in Washington DC and later moved to Colorado Springs with his mom and siblings. He was raised in the troubled background of gangs, sex, drugs, and a long list of violence. In the midst of being one of the leaders of a local gang with more than 200 members, he realized that if his life didn’t drastically change, it would only be a matter of time before he would be dead or in jail. He found himself at the feet of Jesus and his life has never been the same.

Since coming to Christ he has been a catalyst in seeing God move in the city of Colorado Springs and beyond through outreach and evangelism. Seeing hundreds come to know Christ through outreaches he has led or has been a part of, it’s evident he has the heart to see God move in the lives of those he encounters every day. Secondary to his passion for Jesus and seeing hopeless people find hope, Cory is a singer, songwriter, and rapper. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his beautiful and talented wife, Ryann Darling, make music, and hang out with friends and family.
