Lori lives in the beautiful Ozarks, with her husband Lance. They have 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 5 grandchildren. Lance and Lori are very involved in their church, and very active in supporting mission work in Africa.

Lori began writing in 1982. At that time, Lori was writing for the secular book market. In 1995, Lori felt God calling her to use her giftings in the Christian market, and to honor Him with her writing. To date, she has more than 95 books published.
