Do you ever wonder what happened to the overweight kid that everyone made fun of growing up? Do you ever think about what they could possibly be doing right now? Did they grow up and go to college? Are they working away at a job they don’t like, sweating more than most “normal” people? Are they still just as socially awkward? While facebook and myspace has done it’s best to answer these questions in a very disconnective way, what if none of the above has occurred? What if the kid who couldn’t even reach his shoes to tie them is now a marathon running personal trainer? To the surprise and disbelief of many, Jeremy Rochford has done just that. After overcoming two adolescent turned young adult eating disorders, Jeremy has decreased his pant size from 56 to 36 and trimmed his shirts down from a 4XL to a size Medium. Now standing tall after losing a staggering 200 lbs, Jeremy is on a mission to educate, encourage and inspire anyone who is struggling to live a life not defined by their weight. You can read further about his journey as his first book will release in Late 2009. If you live in the greater Nashville area and need personal assistance with your weight loss goals, Drop Jeremy a message. For those not in the greater Nashville area, be on the look out for him to come to your town as he will spend most of 2010 touring the country sharing his testimony of pain, loss and healing to a nation that is hungry, for hope.
