If Jenna Lucado Bishop is sure of anything, she is sure of this: “I want to find any way to share the message of God’s love for His girls.” What started out as a heart to encourage teen girls has now blossomed into a ministry. Daughter of best-selling Christian author Max Lucado, Jenna has realized that she has inherited a passion for writing and speaking just like her dad. To fulfill that passion, Jenna is an annual speaker on the Revolve Tour, an event for teen girls that includes a line-up of award-winning Christian artists like Natalie Grant, as well as speakers and authors like Chad Eastham, and many more.
Jenna also encourages young women through her writing ministry. Jenna has published pieces in the Revolve Tour Biblezine and Inside Out: Our Stories, Our Faith in 40 Devotionals, which contains testimonies of popular figures from Revolve. Jenna is also the author of Redefining Beautiful: What God Sees When God Sees You and is releasing a new book for young women in February 2012, From Blah to Awe: Shaking Up a Boring Faith.
On top of hanging out and speaking to 50,000 young women annually, Jenna spends time sharing life with teens as a youth minister’s wife in San Antonio, Texas. Some of Jenna’s favorite activities are eating peanut butter, playing Catch Phrase with her family, and watching movies with her husband.
