I use this book as my nightly devotion and it helps me so much. It feels like Jesus is speaking directly to you because He is. Every passage applies to what I am going through and is such an encouragement reminding me to always trust and relie on Jesus.

I work at a hospital and i was given this book by one of my patients wife. She said it was her favorite devotional book and she thought i would love it too. She was very correct. The way it is written is beautiful. It is as if Jesus is speaking those words to you. It always speaks to me just what im needing that day. Another thing about it is that the passages are small and there are two or three verses to read at the end so its short and to the point and I have time to do my devotional in the morning to start my day of right. The first line in each passage is the message for the day so you can just take that with you through the day to draw you closer to God. Wonderfull book and im so thankful for recieving it as a gift!
