| Think about good things like if there is someone who you no can run faster than you make it a goal to get just as good as them! |

| I usually try to think of a song, or even a particular line of a song, and that usually helps me keep going. I also like listening to music when I run, it helps me to focus and keep running. |

Endurance running is tough- good luck and stay at it! |

Usually getting a good song stuck in my head goes a long way. Also, I just try to think that you're supposed to run after God as hard as you can... not that I sprint in the middle of a cross country run, but I try to remember that I should be pushing it pretty hard the entire race.
And the feeling when you finish is incredible, especially when you know you've run really well.
What kind of times do all you run? I'm assuming for a 5k race... just curious |
