Yeah, I live in Ohio so it usally doesn't get to more than 100 degrees. But when it does swimming always does the trick. :)
My summer's been busy on and off. Lately it's been pretty slow so I've been able to babysit more so that means more cash! :)
My church has a VBS every year and I usally help out with the little kids but I'll be out of town during it this year :(

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Anyway, I haven't read House yet or any of Ted Dekker's books, but I really really want to! My mom and my uncle love Ted Dekker's stuff and have made me excited to read his books! If only they weren't so often absent at my library... but I guess it's a good thing! Happy late Birthday, btw!
sorry i haven't been on here in a long time... it's crazy over here -_- and then, the tiny bit of free time i have had, facebook has been eating up. bad facebook!! ;) xD Posted 08.31.12 at 6:45PM |

About Me i'm a Christian
i don't just say that
i do my best to live it
though i admit i fail often =/
God is my Abba Father, Daddy God
Jesus is my lifeline, my Prince
the Spirit is Someone i've blocked out lately, but am fighting to listen to now
i love my family, even though it isn't perfect
my friends are huge bright spots for me, i only have 4 or 5 but they are like sisters
i don't like to be labeled, except maybe as a tomboy or a cowgirl ;)
i love lots of bright, "fruity" colors together at once
i over-use smileys and all other "txt faces" horribly, get used to it =p xD
i love to paint my fingernails, when the mood takes me =p
boys who think they are so hottt really tick me off
i'm a morning person by nature, but a night owl by habit
animals and outside, particularly horses, butterflies, creeks and flowers, are some of my favorite things of all
i like photography, though i'm not very good at it
i'm a loner sometimes, but not by choice =/
yes, i've gotta temper, tick me off about something serious and i'll show ya =p
i talk to myself, argue with myself, and sometimes, fool myself
my dreams alter my view of reality -_-
and sometimes they come true
i'm far too impetuous and FAR too stubborn
"Lilith" by George Macdonald, "Up a Road Slowly" by Irene Hunt, "A Thousand Tomorrows"by Karen Kinsbury, and "This Present Darkness" & "Monster" by Frank Peretti are THE best books in the world, hands down xD
my "life verse" is Joshua 1:9 - "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous; do not be terrified, do not be discouraged. For the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
if you want to know more random things about me, msg me and ask! ;) xD
i love to chat with anyone. =)
The Anthem of Angels by Seventh Day Slumber i love how you can get sneek peeks here on upcoming music.
this album is typical of SDS... they deliver again.
i would've liked to hear some more poppin, grinding rock on here, but it's great the way it is.
III by Family Force 5 i have been a loyal fan for almost as long as they've been around on mainstream, but this... with all due respect, this is crap. the only redeemable song on here is Not Alone, which is good but not good enough to bump up the rating much, if at all. ...
Alive In You by 7eventh Time Down SOOO excited to see a full-length from these guys!! they are way under-promoted; they deserve much more attention than they get and i hope they start getting some!! Alive in You made me cry the first time i heard it - it might sound mediocre on ...
The Guardian by Joan Wolf great book, fun to read but you never knew what was going to happen next. so don't start it at night because you will be up all night long reading to see how it ends! i would've liked to see some more overtly Christian themes, though.
Monster by Frank Peretti i love everything Frank Peretti has written, but he really hit the nail on the head with this one.
not only does the story suck you in and keep you there until you've read the last page, it's got a deep spiritual message with a LOT of angles.
