I am an eighteen year old man currently residing in Mississauga, Ontario. I am a born again Christian. I belong to no organized denomination although at times, I have considered joining the Baptist or the Roman Catholic Church. I am a believer in the phrase "Chivalry never died." I am a deep thinker but usually, my thoughts are very abstract and can't easily be put into words. I am a fan of several artists but my favourite is Josh Groban. I have been a hockey fan for eight years but an avid hockey fan for four years. I enjoy the feeling of togetherness, although in life, I am an independent thinker. I like the colour blue for many, many reasons. ne, I am a Maple Leafs fan, regardless of their lack of ability to win the Stanley Cup. Two, it is a mellow colour which describes my feelings which are humble and mellow. I consider myself to be humble and I don't expect anyone to praise me for anything. In the end, it's God's praise that really matters. I love watching tv programs that discuss many of the political and moral issues of the day. I can either have too much or too little to say on any given topic in a conversation. I believe in the simple, sweeter aspects of life and how they in turn display the greater message and meaning of the Lord such as unconditional kindness and love towards others, etc. Many times, I have dreamed of my future as a possible boyfriend, husband and father and person in general. From the job I would aspire to attain to the words I would speak to my future bride (who ever God sends to me) on our wedding day, etc. Yeah, a little too soon in my life to be thinking about it but when love is concerned, it's never too early or too late.
When concerning my knowledge of specific messages behind biblical texts, I am still learning as we all will be from now to eternity. I understand the messages of unconditonal love, the message of the sacrifice, things like that. But take a look at the Book of Hosea for example, ask me to explain its meaning and I would have a hard time trying to find my words.
In closing, my one common goal for each day is to make as many people as possible smile and laugh for happiness over good times and things comes rarely thse days in such a crazy world.
