Actually, to be honest, I didn't like the movie. I liked some of it, and I can understand why they departed from the book in some places, but I thought that there was too much added content that took away from other necessary character-building-time. It seemed to me that when the black dwarf died, his charcter hadn't been portrayed evil enough to be stabbed in the back. Other little details like that that seemed to take away from the climatic moments I wanted to see.
However, this is coming from a strong C. S. Lewis fan, and though I don't believe I judged the movie by the book, I may be sub-consciously biased. :) Glad you enjoyed it! I loved The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Just not this one.
I did see the new Indy movie and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of that. It was an Indy adventure through and through. It made up for my disappointment with Narnia. Don't let my negative words change your view on the film! :) Hope you enjoy watching it again! Tell me how it is the second time around!
