I have one tattoo and I love it, and I want one on my foot, and after Derek and I get married, I want a wedding ring tattoo! I have a black lab, Paisley Rae! Music definitely makes the world go around! I love going to concerts and listening to great music! I love God and I love to serve Him. I love DEREK! Roadtrips with Derek are amazing, because we get to talk for hours and neither of us get tired of it! We get to actually have intellectual conversations with each other, and we learn so much about each other. I love to watch Harvest Christian Academy basketball games! Those guys really love Basketball and they are improving so much! GO WARRIORS!!! I love real people. By that I mean, people who are not fake, people who will be themselves with you and with other people. I do not like backstabbers, and people who lie! I also do not like people who say that they are Christians and then when they are outside of church are drinking, smoking, cursing, well, I think you catch my drift. Just be real, but more importantly, be Christ-Like!
About Me I am in love with the most wonderful man on Earth! He makes me the happiest I have ever been. Life is fantastic. Even though life still has its ups and downs, it is still fantastic because not only do I have a boyfriend that loves me, I have a God that loves me so much more. Following Christ is the best decision I have ever made, because it has made the person I am! Being Christ-Like is very important because others need to see that example!
Six Steps To Salvation
1.Acknowledge - realize and admit you have acted wrongly against God's laws (read the 10 Commandments (Exodus 20:3-17)
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
"God be merciful to me a sinner." (Luke 18:13)
2.Repent - feel honest regret for these wrong-doings
"Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." (Luke 13:3)
3.Confess - admit these mistakes
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1John 1:9)
"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9)
4.Forsake - try your very best not to do them again
"Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto the Lord...for He will abundantly pardon." (Isaiah 55:7)
5.Believe - know Jesus died for you
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
"He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." (Mark 16:16)
6.Receive - ask Him to be a part of your life
"He came unto His own, and His own received him not. But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to those that believe on His name." (John 1:11, 12)
The best way to start each day is to have a daily chat with the Lord. It doesn't have to be fancy - just from the heart. It is nice to acknowledge all the blessings we are given rather than just asking for favors or answers. Sometimes it seems our prayers go unaswered. We may not always be given what we want, but what we need.
