Yes C28 Rules! i saw that backround, i like it! my sister actually had it as her backround for a while he has the blue heart one now. i almost put the lightbulb one as mine but changed my mind. i like the one on my page because it has a good message and its neon and i love neon! are you excited for DOD? i can't wait i have a timer on my page lol
