What Are NRTeam Points?
NRTeam Points is a program allowing members of the NRTeam an opportunity to earn virtual points and purchase a number of items that range from CDs, books, shirts, autographed merchandise and more!

Does It Cost To Participate?
Like joining the NRTeam, and participating on NewReleaseTuesday.com, earning and spending NRTeam Points is 100% free, with the exception of our new NRT Premium Items. All you need is a registered NRTeam account.

Why Are Premium Items Not Free Like Other Items In The NRTeam Point Store?
We rely on our wonderful partners to donate the items for the point store. Our new NRT Premium Items are a hard cost to us. We are allowing NRTeam Members to use their points towards free shipping on these items. The cost to purchase these items cover our cost of production. All other items in the NRTeam Point Store are 100% free to purchase and ship using your NRTeam Points.

What Is The New NRTeam Ministry Donations Program?
We are thrilled to be launching this program on the NRTeam Point Store. For a limited time only, NRT will be providing you an opportunity to turn your NRTeam Points into real money donations for ministries and non-profits! 100 NRTeam Points will equal a $1 donation from NRT to the ministry of your choice! We'll be featuring various ministries every month for you to choose from. A limited amount of funds will be set aside for each charity, but you can donate as much as you want. If you want to donate 1,000 points, which would equal a $10 donation, just change your quantity in the cart to "10." It's that easy!

How Do I View My NRTeam Points Total?
Your NRTeam Profile will track your earnings for you. To view your NRTeam Points, look below your personal photo for the "NRTeam Points" table. You can also access this page at any time by clicking on the "Spend NRTeam Points" button under your profile summery.

Where Do I Redeem Bonus NRTeam Points
Log into your NRTeam Profile and you will see a box to enter NRTeam Bonus Codes under your NRTeam Point Summary on your NRTeam Profile page. Codes can be redeemed only once while valid.

What Can I Get With My NRTeam Points?
This page will highlight all the items that you can currently purchase with your NRTeam Points. We will continually update this page with new items. All items are on a first come, first serve basis and we have no knowledge of new items in advance or the dates they will be added. Just check back regularly.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping?
The only items that require payment for shipping are NRT Premium items and you will always have the option to use your NRTeam Points to cover any shipping charges on these items. All other items always ship free.

How Do I Purchase Items?
Please use our new shopping cart system to complete your order. You can add items to your cart and check out consists of completing your full shipping address and contact information as well as your NRTeam username.

Why Am I Receiving A Message That An Item Is No Longer Available When It's Listed On This Page?
Because of the number of orders we receive, our shopping cart tracks our most up to date inventory and will not allow you to order items that are no longer in stock. We attempt to update this page on a regular basis but in some cases, this page may display a few items that are no longer available to order.

When Can I Expect My Items To Arrive?
Orders are shipped once per 4-6 weeks. Premium orders are shipping in 3-5 business days. We monitor orders on a regular basis to ensure our store is updated as much as possible. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your unique order number confirming your items are in stock and your order has been received. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery and an additional 2-4 weeks for international shipping for non-premium items. Please allow premium items 3-5 business days to arrive.

When Are Points Deducted From My Account?
Points are removed when the order is packed, not after the order is placed. If points are removed sooner, your order status will be changed to "In Process."

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
You can now use the form at the top of this page to check the status of your NRTeam orders. Simply enter the required information and you'll be able to view your order status:

• Received - Items are in stock and order has been received.
• Processed - NRTeam Points have been removed from your account and items packaged, ready to ship.
• Shipped - Order has been shipped!

We usually ship USPS First Class so typically tracking numbers are not available or shipments.
