Okay everyone..I am really sorry I have not posted anything in a long long time. I haven't really thought of posting anything to say in a long time.
So, I am starting over. I will try my hardest to post something. That's not a promise but I will try.
I have a twitter...so follow me if you have one. http://twitter.com/keely_l
So on my mind lately.. M-Fuge. My first time at a church camp. It is sooooo exciting. I'm going to Samford University June 28th - July 3rd.
My relationship with God...very well. Me and a friend are praying for each other and that is really helping.
In these past months I have established a Ted Dekker adiction. I haven't read ALL of his books but I am very close. So far I have read books 1-4 in The Lost Books, The Circle Trilogy, Blink, Sinner, Showdown, and BoneMan's Daughters. I think that is pretty much it.
Well, I haven't had much to say lately so here's a new blog post. I hope for good ones in the future.
The study for this week for my youth group is Matthew 5:13-16- Salt and Light. Be salt and light in the world!!!
:)
He-hey. I was looking on my page and I have 200 friends now. Shocking. ~THANK YOU EVERYONE~
And this is a make-up blog. I haven't been posting really anything lately. I'm stuggling on giving up the computer for other things so I haven't really found the time to do a blog but I'm still here. :)
One of things I can tell you is how involved I have been at churgh. Last week I helped with Upward Evaluations. Upward, being church basketball league. This will be my second year doing Upward.
I have been running lately because I need to exercise my lungs. My lungs are wimpy at running so I might as well try to stretch them out.
I broke a record last night of how long I can be on the phone. 3 hours is how long I was on the phone. The whole conversation was just supposed to be if this book, me and my friend are reading for bookclub, has any exciting parts. It ended up being 3 hours because both of us were pretty much bored.
Other than that, I've got nothing to really say.
Yup.
Stars- How could evolution do that? Category:Misc Thoughts Views:

Last night in Youth we watched Louie Giglio preach at a concert for Chris Tomlin's 'How Great Is Our God' tour. He started out talking about stars. He started explaining how big these stars were. One star you could fill 3,000 Superdomes with golfballs (which represented the Earth) and fill it into the star. He brought a golf ball with him and said 'If the earth was this golf ball..." and explain some more heights of stars.
I was absolutely shocked at this. All the people who were in that room were stunned. I had my mouth open a couple times because my brain couldn't contain it.
We only watched half of the video but I was shocked.
Then a question popped into my mind this morning. How could evolution create stars? I mean something as massive as a star. But we were reading out of Psalm 139 and it says God breathes stars. Actually breathes stars. It never hit me like that. I knew that He created everything but I've never heard He breathes stars. And when I heard that I remember Aslan in the Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. He breathed on Tumnus and a bunch of other creatures and they came to life.
What can I say? I am still shocked. Breathing stars. Wow

Sorry about not blogging for a little more than two months. No, I haven't abandoned NRT. I don't plan too.
My life is still a little same old, same old a little. One things for sure, I am loving this schoolyear.
So less than 25 days are left until I turn 13. Ugh, I can't wait for it to be over with. I am even loosing precious sleep of the thought. Thanks to my grandparents yucking it up. The only part I am feeling is the pimples (a.k.a. forehead and under my nose). I am washing my face and putting cream on it but every once in a while a little stinker pops up. :P
When I turn 13 I plan on focusing on God than my worldly life, being a teenager.
Soooooooo other than being in another grade and turning 13 I am in the youth at church. Let me say..... it RAWKSSSSSSSS. An upside to it, is that we have this ACTS project. You have to work around the church and in the city and outside the city to go on a special mission trip. An upside it requires to read my bible daily and I have two people to remind me. Which has helped some. I have felt closer to God than ever.
Officially, I have topped the limit with books. I have NINE in my reading pile. Bookworm, eh? TOTALLY. Lol. I hope I am able to finish them soon.
I'VE GOT AWESOME NEWS. Barlowgirl is coming to Clarksville!!!!!! MILLION VOICES tour!!! :D I am so pumped. My dad still needs to buy the tickets though. My sister, my dad, my friend Willow, and I are going. I am so excited!!!!!
Something Jesus has said:
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet our heavenly Father feeds them. Are you much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry saying, 'What shall we eat' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
On my profile there are songs: Wagon Wheel by Hill Country Jane, If I Were Gay by Stephen Lynch, and Why by Mandi Perkins. I did NOT add these songs. Something's up with my playlist. I hope they solve this problem.
