The ignorance of high schoolers these days amazes me beyond belief. And yes, for starters, I am in high school. Sophomore but i will be 17 this June so im just as old as a junior. But it's like nobody wants a serious relationship anymore and nobody knows how to handle one when they find it. I've only had two people i would consider true girlfriends and both of them cheated on me and neither of them think they did anything wrong. Now, if that is not THE definition of ignorance, please, somebody fill me in. I'm honestly just sick of life and the way everybody acts. I don't tell a girl I love her unless i mean it but yet it seems when i get it back, they don't. And i know all you older college, young adults, etc. think I'm just as ignorant as the next high schooler. And hell I probably am, but at least I know how to treat a girl unlike over half of the people of my school who think the ideal friday night is getting wasted at a BYOB party, etc. I don't get what goes through peoples heads when they think its ok to cheat. It's the lowest possible action that i can think of to do to another person. Yet, people will tell you it's happened to them, they would never do it cause they know what it feels like, then a couple meaningless months later they do it themselves with little or no regret it seems. Me and this girl dated for four months, broke up for argumentative issues, then when we got back together we discussed occurrences that took place while we were broken up, yet i decided to look the other way and not judge her, but i feel like an idiot for being so kind. I'm pretty sure these past 1.5-2 months that i spent all of my time, money, gas, life and heart on rebuilding everything that i was just a cover up so this thing could sneak behind everyone, including her best friends back, and be with a guy thats going nowhere in life and has no friends and nobody trusts him and they had been together before and he cheated on her, then she does the same thing to me with him. Honestly, I'm losing all faith in anything because I lost to a back-up plan. I lost, the games over, and I'm done playing.

i went to the beach with my youth group this weekend and had a freakin awesome time.. made some new friends and found out what everbody was really all about (small church). we watched some video clips from Taken, The Passion, Luther, and the Gladiator.. the beach was great too and i got a great tan. and today i got a bunch of new furniture for my room; new queen bed and a new chest/mdeia chest... we had to move a lot around too but yeah.. its good to be home
great stuff! some awesome CDs (Everyday Sunday, Worth Dying For, Seven Stories Up, etc.) and two great DVDs by the Desperation Band and DC Talk! i love it! thanks again to the NRT! oh and for anybody who sees this and ordered recently, did you get the new stickers?
