I love Natalie Grant's I Will Not Be Moved. It expresses exactly how every Christian should view their relationship with God.
I will stumble. I will fall down.
But I will not be moved.
I will make mistakes. I will face heartache.
But I will not be moved.
On Christ, the Living Rock, I stand.
All other ground is shifting sand.
I will not be moved.
I just graduated from high school. June 10th. I graduated as the Valedictorian and was given many awards and recongnitions. I am happy for myself. I am going to attend UC Merced on a full-ride and major in Chemical Science. I want to become a teacher or doctor...but none of that matters...it does...and it doesn't...God is all that matters and serving Him...bringing praise to His name. Keep me in your prayers...I want to serve Him with all my being.
i used to take my beliefs very for granted. that was until my life was changed and i realized what it was that i stood for. so i tell people to read the Bible. i think we all take for granted that a lot of people died to get those sacred Words into our hands. so read the Bible. i guarantee that if you open your heart, read, and think about what you read, live it out, you will never be the same.
i didn't think senior year would hit me this fast. and this hard. i guess i'm a little nervous and way way pressured in a sense. i don't know where i want to go what i want to study. i have been praying to God for His guidance... i really need it.
