Sometimes we think we can do things on our own, and don't need any help. Our stubborness and pride often get in the way, until we come to the realization that we can't do it alone. We weren't meant to. We need the support and guidance of our Heavenly Father.

I've considered this song to be a kind of sequel to Save Me From Myself, because it's when we're ready to be saved from ourselves that we come running back to Him. :D
