He’s fighting for his country

He knows his people need him. 

He remembers on the field

Its for his family’s freedom. 

She’s fighting for her country

So they may receive better. 

For her brothers and father,

her mother and her sister. 

They’re fighting for that country

For the people there in need,

With unrighteous government-

People needing to be freed. 

Each one of them a hero. 

We must keep them in our prayers

They were strong and courageous

Fighting for freedom everywhere. 

They fought for different countries

Some were dads, some were friends

Some were sisters, other aunts. 

Lets remember all of them.
