You hold up a mirror
I know it's a picture
A photo of some other guy
He's wounded and wasted
Which I've never tasted
Here in my own perfect life
By happiness, I'm literally surrounded
How could you say that I've never found it?

By an aching for something I've not

With towel and razor
A bowl of soap lather
To shave the beard that I let grow

Some days I just wish I was dead
