I can't think of a witty title for this review to match Relient K's lyrics! | Posted April-24-2011
This is definitely my favorite CD put out by Relient K. Matt Thiessen's witty lyrics and clear, nice voice makes the CD. "Mood Rings", being both relatable and hysterical, is my favorite track on this album, but many of the other songs, like "Chapped Stick, Chapped Lips, and Things Like Chemistry", "In Love with the 80s", and "Hoopes I Did It Again", are all equally funny and well written/sang. If your one for witty humor and funny parodies, this is definitely the CD for you.

Free CD?.....lame.....oh, maybe not! | Posted April-20-2011
I actually didn't know about Monk & Neagle until my youngest sister won this CD of theirs in a little game at the fair.  My first thoughts were "oh a free CD, must be pretty lame...", but I was quickly proven wrong! The Twenty-First Time makes me smile with every song, the lyrics are well written, well sung, meaningful, and relatable. The song for which the CD is named is definitely the most convicting and eye-opening song for me as it makes you realize how many times you avoid situations--whether conciously or not--just to remain in your comfort zone. The upbeat yet mellow style of Monk & Neagle I think could be easily enjoyed by just about anyone.

A "SEA"D Worth Buying! | Posted April-11-2011
The Seas We Sail, is definitely a good buy and a wonderful listen! The Lyrics are creative and meaningful, and the music and vocals are a cool, fresh type of Christian music. I enjoy each song on this CD, but Voices stood out to me the most. It's just a great, happy, sing-along kind of song that would put a smile on anyone's face. The whole CD has catchy, relatable lyrics, props to Brett Allen for such a great CD!
