This book was easier to follow than the Hobbit, but i also read it after seeing the movies. Some parts made me glad to read the book because they were excluded from the movie. Other scenes I liked better in the movie. When i got near the end it I was so excited, but then i was disappointed that Boromir didn't get shot yet so now I have to read the next book. Which will take me another 5 months because I get too distracted
