It’s a New Release Tuesday that we’ve been looking forward to for quite some time now as we preview the new releases from Liquid, Foolish Things and the major label release of Superchick’s Beauty From Pain 1.1. The reissue on Columbia records features new remixes of “We Live,” “Anthem” and includes the new song “Stand In The Rain.” We also take a second to chat with Matt from Superchick to learn more about the origins of the band.
As always, street dates get tossed around and every now and then, one slips through our radar. The sophmore release from FM Static, Critically Ashamed, is due in stores August 1st, however, we have a special preview of the album this week, so enjoy our mistake by previewing new music a few days ahead of time.

Happy Independence Day! Although today is a national holiday, we’re working hard this week to bring you the new music as we continue our preview of new releases that hit stores last week. We’re pleased to have the new southern rock group DecembeRadio (pictured left) stop by to talk about their new album, a few of their songs and upcoming tour plans.
We also take some time to listen to new music from Kierra “KiKi” Sheard and the new Absolute All Time Favorites collection. We take a second to listen to favorites like “Heaven” from Salvador, “Never Alone” from BarlowGirl and “Glory Defined” by Building 429. This is a collection you certainly don’t want to miss. Finally, we listen to new music from southern gospel favorites, Mike Bowling Group. From Rock, to Gospel, Southern Gospel and everything in-between, there’s certainly something for everyone this New Release Tuesday.
