We have another incredible edition this week as Mark Schultz (pictured below) takes over the New Christian Music Podcast as we spend 13 minutes chatting about his latest project and first book featuring additional in-depth stories behind your favorite songs along with a touching account of the artist’s perseverance and faith in moving to Nashville to pursue his musical destiny. It’s available today, packaged with his Dove Award winning Live concert CD/DVD.

We also hear from new artist Deas Vail along with an audio wrap up of the 2006 GMA Music Awards featuring music from David Crowder Band, Casting Crowns and Chris Tomlin. Natalie Grant also stops by to talk about her moving single, “Held,” which won Natalie Female Vocalist of the Year and Christa Wells Songwriter of the Year.
