Is The NRTeam Free?
Yes! Every feature and function you currently see on the site is FREE. NewReleaseTuesday.com is supported solely by advertising. In the future, NRT may add paid Premium Services, but all the features and functions you have currently been enjoying will always remain FREE!
How Do I Sign Up For A NRTeam Account?
Click here to register for a free NRTeam Account. You will asked to confirm your registration by email. Please note that you can not sign into your account until you receive this email. Sometimes, this email will be blocked by your email server. If that is the case, you can activate your account here.

How Do I Log Into My NRTeam Account?
You can log into your NRTeam Profile a number of different ways, but the easiest way is to use the "NRTeam Member Login" login box at the top right of each page. Accessing various member only sections will trigger the NRTeam login page as well.

I'm Lost. How Do I Return To My Profile?
Once you are logged into your NRTeam Account., you will see the profile navigation appear at the top of each page that contains links to "Home | Edit Profile | Log Out." You can return to your profile at any time by clicking on "Home" in the profile navigation.
What Is My NRTeam URL?
Each NRTeam Member receives a personalized web address for their personal profile. This is typically http://www.newreleasetuesday.com/nrteam/YOURPROFILENAME and can be helpful for friends and family to quickly find you on NewReleaseTuesday.com.
How Do I Edit My NRTeam Profile?
You can edit your profile at any time by clicking on "Edit Profile" in the profile navigation that appears to the right of the date at the top of the page after you've logged in. You can also click on "Edit Profile Details" in the "Edit Profile" box after logging into your NRTeam Account.
How Do I Manage My NRTeam Friends and Choose My Top 12?
You will receive email notification anytime someone requests to become your NRTeam Friend. Your "Message Center" on your NRTeam Profile will let you know how many new friends you have to approve. Once approved, they will be added to your Top 12 unless you already have 12 or more friends. To manage your friends, log into your NRTeam Account and click on "Manage Friends" in the "Edit Profile" box. From this screen, you will be able to delete friends from your account as well as edit your Top 12.

How Do I Manage My NRTeam Profile Comments?
Any NRTeam Member can leave a comment on your profile. You can delete comments by clicking on "Manage Comments" in the "Edit Profile" box. You can not edit other's comments.

How Do I Use and Manage My Message Center?
You will receive email notification anytime someone sends you a message. Your "Message Center" on your NRTeam Profile will let you know how many new messages you have. You can read, reply to and delete any messages in your profile inbox at any time.

How Do I Turn Off NRT Email Notifications?
You will receive email notifications after you register, when you receive a new profile comment, when you receive a new message and when you receive a new friend request. If you do not want to be notified by email of these actions, log into your account, click on "Edit Profile" and you can toggle Email Notifications on/off.

How Do I Add or Edit An Artist Profile?
Any NRTeam member can add and edit an artist profile immediately on the site. To add an artist profile, first make sure that there is not one already included on the site by checking the Artist Database. You can then click on the "Add An Artist" button, or just click here. Follow the on screen instructions and be as complete as possible. To edit an artist profile, click on the "[edit]" link at the top of any existing artist profile page. You can then make any changes necessary.
Please note that our moderators are notified of every submission. Please adhere to our policies & guidelines to avoid account deletion.

How Do I Add or Edit An Album Detail?
Any NRTeam member can add and edit an album detail immediately on the site. To add an album detail, first make sure that the album's artist profile has been added to the site. If not, you will need to add the artist profile first. To avoid duplicating work, check the artist profile page to ensure that the album detail has not already been added. Once on the artist profile page, you can click on "[add album"] under "Discography" in the left column. Follow the on screen instructions and be as complete as possible. To edit an album detail, click on the "[edit]" link at the top of any existing album detail page. You can then make any changes necessary.

Why Do You Require Street Date Information For Album Details?
Our database is set up to organize all album detail submissions by street date. All street dates land on a Tuesday (hence our site name) and having this information will ensure accurate archiving. If you do not know the street date, many online retail sites list this information. Please research this when adding albums.
How Do I Add or Edit An Album Review?
To add your review, simply find the album through our album database or use our site search. Once on the album detail page, go to the bottom "NRTeam Reviews" section and click on the "Add Your Review" button. Your reviews will be posted on your NRTeam Profile under "Latest NRTeam Album Reviews" where you can edit your reviews if necessary. Other NRTeam Members can post comments on your reviews, which you can delete at any time if you would like.

How Do I Add or Edit My Blog Posts?
Every NRTeam Member receives their own personal blog which they can post to at any time. After logging into your NRTeam Account, click on "Add/Edit Blog Posts" in the "Edit Profile" box. From here, you can view and edit any blog posts you have as well as add a new post.

Does It Cost To Participate?
Like joining the NRTeam, earning and spending NRTeam Points is 100% free. All you need is a registered NRTeam account.
How Do I Get NRTeam Points?
There are many ways to acquire NRTeam Points. When you join One point is added automatically to your account for the following actions: (1) Add A CD Review (2) Add An Artist Profile (3) Add Album Detail Information (4) Add Another NRTeam Member As A Friend To Your Profile (5) Add Song Lyrics and (6) Post in our NRTeam Community Forum.
There are also special opportunities to acquire points. Keep watching this page for special promotions throughout the year for more opportunities to earn NRTeam Points.
How Do I View My NRTeam Points Total?
Your NRTeam Profile will track your earnings for you. To view your NRTeam Points, look below your personal photo for the "NRTeam Points" table.
What Can I Get With My NRTeam Points?
This page will highlight all the items that you can currently purchase with your NRTeam Points. We will continually update this page with new items as they are purchased. All items are on a first come, first serve basis.
How Do I Purchase Items?
Email nrteam@newreleasetuesday.com and tell us what item you would like to purchase, your NRTeam Username along with your full name and mailing address. It's that easy!
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping?
No. You will never have to pay a dime for anything to do with this program.
When Can I Expect My Items To Arrive?
All items will be shipped within 5 business days after you receive confirmation of your purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for international shipping.
